Warranty

Products sold by Frenlay carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty length varies by product and manufacturer — check the product description for the specific term.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural failure under normal domestic use
• Missing or faulty parts supplied in the original box

What is not covered

• Normal wear, fading, or weathering from outdoor exposure
• Damage from misuse, accident, or improper assembly
• Damage from storms, flooding, or other extreme weather
• Commercial or rental use, unless the product is rated for it
• Items modified from their original condition

Making a claim

Contact us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Clear photographs showing the problem

We will assess the claim with the manufacturer and arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement item as appropriate.

Missing parts

If hardware or a component is missing from a new item, contact us rather than returning the whole product. Replacement parts are usually much faster to send.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law, and does not limit them.
